The Design and Implementation of Property
Management System
Abstract：With the development of market economy and the improvement of people's living standards, residential area has gradually become the first choice for people to settle down. Residential property owners not only required more and more higher in residential appearance and the quality, but also required higher in property management and service. It is seemed necessary to develop a dedicated property management system in order to improve the level of the property management. The design of the property management system uses MySQL as the database, develop in Myeclipse platform using JSP and SSH three frames technology. It is mainly achieved information management of the owners, personnel management, charge management, security fire management, repair management and so on. The system is user-friendly, easy to operate, safety and it can significantly improve the efficiency of property management.

物业管理系统的设计与实现
引言
科学技术日新月异，信息化时代已经来临，以计算机为基础的信息科学在经济和社会生活各个领域都得到了极为广泛的应用，尤其在信息管理方面，计算机已成为必不可少的管理工具。对于物业管理来说，其工作具有繁杂性、多样化、管理复杂的特点。这些工作计算机已完全能够胜任，而且更加准确、方便、快捷、高效、清晰、透明[1]。这给物业管理工作带来更高的效率，同时这也是物业管理走向正规化、现代化的重要标志。
因此，开发一个高效率、无差错的物业管理系统就显得十分必要。本系统的主要目的是提高物业管理效率，方便、快捷地保存和操作相关数据信息。同时使业主能够对自家产生的各类费用和报修等情况提供透明化、直观的了解、改善业主和物业公司的关系[2]。

1.1 MySQL简介
MySQL是一个关系型数据库管理系统，由瑞典MySQL AB公司开发，目前属于Oracle公司。MySQL是最流行的关系型数据库管理系统，在WEB应用方面MySQL是最好的RDBMS（Relational Database Management System：关系数据库管理系统)应用软件之一。由于其体积小、速度快、成本低，尤其是开放源码这一特点，一般中小型网站的开发都选择MySQL作为网站数据库[3]。
