摘要现代社会无论是企业或者是学校，为了更好的组织管理员工和制定目标，或是发布任务， 开会都是一个必不可少的项目。传统会议流程繁琐，尤其是纸质文件的打印和发放，既浪费 时间和人力，又不环保。使用会议管理系统可使普通用户中的参会人员能够参加会议并批注 文件，普通用户中的主讲人员可以发布会议、上传文件并控制会议进度；系统管理员将需要 经常变动或添加的内容进行分类管理，并授予权限给相关人员以形成会议决议文件，最后系 统化、标准化的发布到用户界面上，更加方便、快速、简洁的管理会议。88870

本系统采用 PHP 作为开发语言，WAMP 作为开发环境，Mysql5。0 作为数据服务器， 在 IOS 系统上实现了对网站基本参数设置、会议发布及管理等一系列功能，具体包括人员、 会议信息的增添、删除、修改、查询，管理员登陆与用户交互界面等功能。此外，处理 PDF 文档在 IOS 系统上表达问题使用了 pagecontroller；为了完善软件功能，系统也采用了 Bonjour 与 Socket 技术。系统尽可能地捕获了大部分的异常情况，具有较好的安全性，容 错性。

Abstract With the development of the society,meeting gradually integrated into people's liv es for managing the workers,making the goals of  enterprise  and  distributing  the tasks 。 Traditional meetings process is complex, including the printing and sending the paper file。It is a  waste  of  time  and  labor  force  and  polluting  the  environment。 The  meetings  management  system  is  a  convenient  system   which   makes meetings  participants  to  attend  the  meeting  and  remark  the      document;besides, it allows the meeting organizer to upload the document and control the progress of meeting。In the meantime,the administration of system  also  can  classify  affairs which require frequent changes and add the power to someone to make the final document of meetings。Finally,it can finish a integrated document and release on these system with systematization and standardization, which makes meetings became more conveniently, quickly and concisely。

This system uses PHP as a basic language, WAMP as the development environme nt,finally realize a series of functions in IOS including basic parameters settings, the addition ,deletion ,query,modification of information of meetings and persons and the change     of     user     interface。What's     more,      this      system      has   achieved the functions of expression of PDF in the system of IOS and also used the technology of Sonjour and Socket 。The last but not least ,this system have better security,fault tolerance and capture the majority of faults。
