Abstract: The design is based on a property management system. It makes use of information technology to solve a critical problem that the enterprise fails to manage its own property because of the large amount of information. The content introduces the knowledge about JavaEE, Web, MVC and Database, as well as, how to accomplish the mission of the whole project. The key to the design is getting a good command of the business logic .There is difficulty in understanding the entire demand as well as accomplishing the framework of the system. However, I make the information system involved with features of login,check,etc. come true in the end by studying how to manage a enterprise and computer technology.
