Abstract： Due to a wide range of medical products, special sales model, the large volume of business, to seek development in the fierce market competition, objectively requires enterprises to strengthen internal management, improve operational efficiency. This system is an integrated system of drug purchase, sales and inventory management system, using B/S model, using Visual Studio 2005 as the development environment, SQL Server 2005 as the database management system, using APS.NET technology, realizes user management, sales management, stock management, medical information management and other functions. This system improves the many problems brought by manual operation in the past, it has important practical value in medicine purchase-sell-stock management.

引言
如何利用现代信息技术使企业拥有快速、高效的市场反映能力和高度的效率，已是医药经营企业，特别是中小型药店特别关心的问题。尽快建立一个功能齐备的药品进销存管理系统，完善现代企业的信息化管理机制，已成为医药企业生存发展的当务之急。通过开发这个中小型药品管理系统，使药品进销存管理工作系统化，规范化，自动化，从而达到提高管理效率的目的。

1.1课题的背景及意义
随着我国市场经济的蓬勃发展和人们对医药产品需求的迅速增加，医药行业正处于一个高速发展的时期。行业的快速发展必然导致竞争的加剧，要想在激烈的市场竞争中谋求发展客观上要求企业必须加强内部管理，提高运营效率。传统的药品管理采用手工入账，过程繁琐，误差较大，甚至引起药品的重复采购，导 致药品价格的混乱。药品管理系统提高了药库管理人员的工作效率和管理质量。它根据各客户的领药预约单对其发药出库，避免了手工入账的繁琐及误差，保证了药品入、出的准确；对药品的有效期管理，使药品的报损率降低，减少了浪费；根据此系统提供的一些统计功能，管理人员可以及时了解各种药品的购入、支出和库存情况，制定出相应的采购计划，避免了药品的重复采购；药品价格需要调整时，经过药房调价全部药品价格也得到相应的调整，杜绝了药品的价格混乱。
