The ERP System of Program Contract Management
Abstract: The project of contract management system, whose service object is the construction enterprises in middle and small engineering. Inpidual unit according to the system to carry on the management to the construction project and the contract. The system uses the Microsoft Visual Studio 2010.NET as the platform, and uses C# language, Javascript language and Html language and SQL Server 2008 database technology and advanced Ajax technology to realize of the user login contract management system, to maintain the background dictionary and to query management of customer information and the staff of the unit information. Through this system can make the project contract management system standardization and automation, improve management efficiency, and reduce management costs.

项目合同管理ERP系统是一种比较先进化的工程项目合同管理系统。项目合同管理ERP系统主要服务于中小型项目工程企业，能够为合同的记录和交易的信息提供更简洁，更方便和更精确的记录模式、更方便企业对合同信息的记录和查看及修改，有利于施工合作项目正常进行[1]。本系统突破一般纸质合同记录的思想，目的是尽可能将项目工程施工企业提供更快捷的合同操作和管理，提高合同记录准确率和速率。同时项目合同管理ERP系统的总体框架是为建立项目公司通用模块化的信息管理平台，为今后解决公司物流、信息流的相互协调,增强项目全过程管理力度的完善,项目合同管理ERP系统还会有更多的发展空间[2]。
1.2 系统开发意义
