Design and Implementation of Attendance Management System
Abstract:Attendance management system based on employees' attendance management for the purpose.This system with Myeclipse as development environment, using the JAVA language,and connect the create database SQL Server 2005, implement attendance management system website.Attendance system is mainly introduced in this paper,the design and implementation of the operation of the different users have different permissions, the administrator can manage all employee information,department,information,travel,take time off,attendance,etc.;Employees can view personal information, business information,vacation,etc.This system has the advantages of simple,beautiful interface,and provide enterprises with the function of convenient attendance,improve the efficiency of the attendance record, save the time.

考勤管理系统的设计与实现
引言
随着互联网的快速发展，计算机技术在我国各个领域都得到了广泛地应用，人们都在使用现代化的手段来提高工作效率，特别是对企业来说，随着企业的规模扩大，人也越来越多，每一位员工的考勤状况也不尽相同，关于日常的考勤工作，员工的出勤情况是企业管理工作的重要组成部分，因此，为了加强对员工的管理，提高管理水平，更需要一个简单的系统来完善企业的考勤管理[1]。本系统根据员工的考勤，对于员工迟到、早退、请假等一系列情况来设计的，具有操作简单、功能丰富等特点。

1.1 研究的目的和意义
随着计算机技术的不断发展，以及计算机在企业中的应用与普及，人们越来越多的使用计算机来解决问题[6]。考勤管理是企业管理中的重要组成部分，刚开始人们使用手工来完成，需要浪费大量的时间、人力，而且还容易出错，因此，需要开发一个考勤管理系统对企业的员工进行管理。本系统是以企业的考勤情况为出发点，建立的一个考勤管理系统。本系统能够实现多样化的功能，能够对员工的信息、部门信息进行添加、删除，也可以查看员工的请假、考勤等情况，便于企业对员工的管理。开发一个操作简单的考勤管理系统，改善企业对员工的管理，对企业的发展有着一定的促进作用，而且通过对本系统的开发也锻炼了我的动手能力，对以后的学习也有重要的意义[9]。
