摘    要 中小物流公司作为我国物流行业的主力军，伴随着时代的发展，却依然采取传统的经营方式，导致在市场竞争中呈现增长乏力的态势。而面对大型物流公司的快速发展，中小物流公司由于自身管理和经营方式的滞后性，与其差距越来越大。帮助中小物流公司搭建自己的信息管理系统，改善经营方式、提高企业竞争力已经成为中小物流公司生存和发展的重要关键问题。本文结合作者对我国中小物流公司的观察和自身工作经验，分析中小物流公司面临的问题和市面上物流信息管理软件的优缺点，提出搭建物流信息软件相关的研究和思路。90471

With the development of the ages, the small and medium-sized logistics companies have been the main force of logistic industry in our country。 However, they still adopt the traditional business model so that the inadequate growth has arisen in the market competition。 Because of their lags of management and business model, the gap between the small and medium-sized logistics companies and the large ones becomes greater and greater。 It is the vital problem of the small and medium-sized logistics companies’ survival and development that to help them to set up their own information management system, improve the business model and increase competitiveness。 In this paper, combined the survey of our country’s small and medium-sized logistics companies and his own work experience, the author will analyze these logistics companies’ problems and the merits and demerits of logistics management information systems in the market, finally raise the research and idea about setting up the new information management system。
