摘  要高等学校是培养高素质人才的一个必不可少的基地，高等学校是加强学生工作教育与管理的重要阵地，合理高效的地开展学生工作对促进学生素质的发展，加强校风校纪，完善教学体系，促进校园文化建设，全面提高学生与教师的综合素质，起到了非常有利的作用。87390

目前高校在学生工作这方面存在的矛盾还很多，譬如从事高校学生工作管理的人员不足但高校学生太多的矛盾，学生工作管理要求严格与高校学生管理系统滞后的矛盾，为解决这些矛盾，高校必须建立完善的教学质量考评系统来适应当代高校完善的管理需求，以改善人员投入过多与工作效率低下的现状。随着科学技术的不断发展，计算机技术在我国不断完善，并且已经应用到了各个领域，因此，计算机技术在高校学生管理方面也必须做出相应的贡献。

本文研发的系统的用户包括学生、教师和管理员三类。学生可以在互联网上选课并对所选课程对应的教师进行留言、教学评估。教师可以查看学生对自己的评教结果、留言以及查看自己的授课信息和给学生打分。管理者可以对学生、教师和课程的信息进行管理，可以指定教师授课，可以对评教的信息进行查看和统计。查询可根据查询条件的不同显示不同的查询结果。

研发的教学评估考评信息管理系统采用java语言开发，B/S模式，SQL Server2012数据库存储数据，利用json数据传输、ajax异步刷新页面等先进技术，系统在测试的过程中性能较为稳定、运行可靠、使用便利，能够提高学生工作管理信息的效率保证数据的实时性。
