摘要：现代社会正处于高速发展阶段，尤其是信息技术的发展推动了整个社会的进步，随之人们的生活也更加信息化。“十三五”规划纲要和党的十八届五中全会都对实施网络强国战略、大数据战略以及“互联网＋”行动计划等作了部署，因此更多的互联网服务开始渗入人们的生活。政府部门在这样一个大环境下顺应潮流，开发了一系列便民服务。而对于群众来说，证件办理跟每个人都是息息相关的，并且需要一系列流程，所以在这样一个契机下，网络办证系统的开发使用也是毋庸置疑的。近年来微信客户端的盛行，也使得基于微信平台的证件办理系统能够更好的节约人力物力，并且提供给广大市民更加高效的服务。本文所介绍的基于微信平台的办证系统使用了微软公司的Visual Stadio 2010完成，采用了B/S架构，且基于ASP。NET框架。本系统的前端页面设计部分主要使用了HTML、JavaScript、CSS等技术，系统中的数据信息则由Oracle数据库存储，服务器端的逻辑功能则是采用了WebForm模式和C#语言实现。本系统从客观角度按照实际需求，开发了用户微信端办证申请功能，管理员电脑端处理申请功能，使得原来复杂的办证过程变得十分便捷。87414

Title  The application system for document combine with Wechat Platform

Abstract We are in the modern society which is experiencing the rapid development。 Especially, information technology promotes the progress of the whole society and then people are living in a more informative society。 Both the Guideline of Thirteenth Five Year plan and the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China are planning for the implementation of Cyber power, big data and the Internet+, so more and more Internet service are involved in people’s life。 In order to adapt the trend under this situation, the government has developed a series of convenience for people。 Concerning the majority, everyone is related with the document’s application which takes a series of processes。 So it is necessary to develop a system to apply for the document on Internet。 In recent years, with the popularity of the Wechat Platform, the application system for document combine with Wechat App could save manpower and material resources and offer more effective service for general public。 The application system based on Wechat Platform was introduced by this thesis which takes use of Microsoft's Visual Stadio 2010 and the B/S architecture, based on based on ASP。NET framework。 The front page of application system mainly take use of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and other technologies, and the system database stored by the Oracle database。 The logic functions from server side which adopt the WebForm model and C# language。 This thesis, from the objective perspective, developed the function that User could apply in App, and Admin could handle the request from the App by PC。 It makes the process of Application for document become much more convenient。
