摘 要：当今社会计算机发展的很快，社会也变得愈来愈信息化。计算机技术也逐渐运用到人类生活的各个方面。大学生找工作是当今社会的热门，本文对计算机技术在高校就业中的应用，通过就业管理系统的设计，使一个人力资源管理信息平台具有交互功能，满足了大学生与企业单位的需求。91714

     本系统基于B/S模式，用更为简单的C#进行编程，配合使用SQL Server 2005后台数据库和Visual Studio 2010。模块方面包括管理员维护模块，学生维护模块，企业管理等多个模块。企业单位可以注册成为这个网站的会员，并在上面发布本公司的招聘岗位。应届毕业生通过注册成为会员后，可以查看相关的工作岗位并且向有意向求职的单位投放自己的简历。

Abstract：In today's society in the development of computer soon, society is also becoming more and more information。 Computer technology is gradually applied to every aspect of human life。 In this paper, the application of computer technology in university employment, through employment management system design, make a human resource management information platform has the interactive function。

     The system based on B/S technical model to create applications to C # as the programming language, using SQL Server database as the backend database。 The system basically followed the methodology of software engineering, systems analysis, design, detailed design and software testing。 Employers achieved through this system to register, publish information, our graduates registered by the system, chosen for their jobs information and publish your resume to the employer and other functions。
