摘要：作为企业管理最为重要的部分之一的人力资源管理，企业针对大量的人事资源数据的处理，需要确保数据处理的准确性和信息数据检索的便捷性，但基于出台的手工纸质处理数据的方法，就会显得较为笨拙，处理效率也较为低下，影响了企业人事资源的处理。而本文所针对的人事资源管理系统是基于WEB建立的应用程序，结合ASP。NET开发语言和SQL server 2008数据库，实现了人力资源管理的信息化。本文针对功能的设计与实现进行具体的分析与阐述，首先对系统的可行性进行分析，在对开发环境作了相关介绍后，针对数据库设计与实现进行分析，之后介绍系统设计与实现，包括管理员功能与员工功能，最后对系统的实现进行测试与问题分析。91432
