摘要: 随着现在科学技术的迅速发展和网络的广泛使用,我们身边有着越来越多提高我们工作效率的设备。对于企业来讲,设备无疑是最重要的固定资产之一。在高科技设备日新月异的时代,企业设备也不断增加,所以我们管理设备不能仅限于人工管理了,而需要更便捷的软件系统来帮助我们简化设备管理的工作。本系统主要针对拥有大量设备并且不能妥善管理的中小型企业,改善因设备管理不善而导致的设备损耗和资金浪费。通过对客户的需求分析,我选择使用Microsoft Visual Studio 2008作为前台开发工具,使用C#作为开发语言,结合Microsoft SQL SERVER 2008作为数据库后台,并基于B/S框架结构来开发网页形式的企业设备管理系统。本系统包含设备信息模块、设备文护模块、设备调配模块、设备报废模块、查询模块、系统用户模块等等。系统界面简洁清晰,人性化设计,同时在安全性设计上也有一定的保证。29418 毕业论文关键词: 管理系统;数据库;企业设备;开发;设计
Development of Enterprise Equipment Management System
Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology and the wide use of the network, we have more and more equipment to improve our work efficiency. For the enterprise, the equipment is undoubtedly one of the most important fixed assets. In the era of high-tech equipment, enterprise equipment is also increasing. So we can not only manage the device with manual management but also need more convenient software system to help us simplify the work of the equipment management. The system is mainly aimed at small and medium enterprises which have a large number of equipment can’t properly manage and improve the equipment loss and the waste of capital caused by the poor management of equipment. Through the analysis of the demand of customer, I choose to use Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 as the foreground of development tools, the use of C# as the development language, combined with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database as a background and based on B / S framework to develop web form of enterprise equipment management system. This system includes equipment information module, equipment maintenance module, equipment deployment module, equipment scrapped module, query module, system user module, etc. The interface of the system is simple and clear, and have humanized design. At the same time, there are some guarantee in the security design.
