Design and Implementation of ZKNU Archives Information System
Abstract: with the rapid development of higher education of the University, the university archives management standardization needs more and more remarkable. Therefore, the development of archive information system has more practical significance. The system is based on the ASP.NET framework, SQLServer database management data, using B/S software architecture. To achieve the basic information management, students' archives information management, curriculum information management, and information management functions, a variety of comprehensive information for students to complete the management. The function of this system is relatively complete, friendly interface, easy to use, greatly reducing the workload of personnel archives management, improve the efficiency of the management of students and school information level.

引言
鉴于传统的人工档案管理存在效率低、保密性差、成本高等缺点，并且日积月累会产生许多的冗余文件。因此我们需要寻求一种新的档案管理方式，Web伴随着互联网的普及在各行各业的应用中越来越普遍，其屏蔽了各种系统的差异，拥有强大的兼容性。在档案管理系统中采用Web技术，面向客户操作简便，技术成熟。

高校日常工作里，档案信息的管理是重要高频的一部分。随着高等教育普及的推广，高校规模越来越大，在校的大学生逐渐增多，并且在实际的操作中，高校的档案管理工作内容多，事项杂，涉及责任大，原有的管理方式问题重重，已经不能适应新形势下的需求。
借助于互联网的普及，程序系统设计的优越性，我们可以解放之前传统枯燥的档案信息整理工作，把用传统管理方式耗费的人力、物力、以及财力，投入一小部分进行档案信息系统的改造就可以取得不一样的体验：不仅管理方便，还提高了管理的精度。综上比较，我们应用数据库和Web技术实现档案管理的信息化升级是必要和可行的。
