Design and Implementation of the Recruitment Website Based on C#
Abstract:The network recruitment has the characteristics of convenient, fast and efficient,which provides a favorable platform for the recruiter and the applicant. Realizing the automation of bidirectional choice between applicants and recruiters is the most fundamental purpose of network recruitment website. This system adopts ASP.NET system front-end development, using SQL Server 2005 database to store data, the design and implementation of the recruitment system based on B/S architecture In recent years,wit the repaid development of modern society ,the increasingly drastic competition makes the employment of college students become more difficult.While the network recruitment website provides more opportunities and possibilities for the employment of college students.This system is pided into three parts:the management of company and enterprise,the management of inpidual user and the management of the website conservator.This system which simulates the online recruitment ,has the functions and actions of recruitment agencies.

1.1 研究背景
近年来由于高校毕业生人数的持续增加，竞争压力的不断增大使得大学毕业生面临着难找工作的问题。虽然各大高校和社会都有很多现场招聘会，吸引了大批的毕业生，但是在解决了部分大学生就业的同时，也耗费了大量人力、物力和时间成本。网络的飞速发展，使得其在人们日常活动中随处可见，大到购房买车，小到购物找工作，都是网络在人们生活中的应用。人们想通过网络找到一份适合自己的工作。互联网上大量的求职招聘信息，为求职者找到自己心仪的工作提供了良好的信息平台。网络招聘相比传统的招聘会具有方便，快捷、高效等特点。对求职者而言网络招聘为求职者提供了一种更加快捷、高效的求职途径。品目繁多的招聘信息，以及更多的选择空间为求职者找到工作提供了保障。对招聘企业而言，网络招聘为企业提供了一种新的招聘人才的途径。招聘求职信息和招聘求职的成功率，在这个人们日以追求快速高效的社会显得尤为重要。因此开发一个具有求职招聘功能的人才招聘系统，对于求职者和招聘者来说都十分便利。
