The personnel management system based on C#
Abstract: With the development of internet, the personnel management system which is based of Web is exmtremly popular because of its high efficiency, security and convenience. this article is based on some technology such as ASP.NET, SQL.Server 2005 and so on, designing and realizing the company's personnel management system based in B/S. the system extremly improve management efficiency by managing information of employee, salary and some elementray information. at the same time, the system consists of two roles–employee and manager, making a more secure and reasonable management through distributing different rrights. in addition,this artical also circumstantially introduce the development procedure like demand anaylsis, system analysis, system design, code actualization.

1.绪论
1.1课题背景
因为计算机网络的发展，计算机网络与我们的工作、生活之间的关系变的日渐密切，其作用也已为大家熟识，并进入社会各阶层，发挥着不可替代的作用[1]。计算机作为社会高速发展的产物，无论是从它信息的记录、获取、保存，还是从其保密性的强弱、存储量的大小、使用成本的高低来说，都是传统方式不可比拟的。
而随着社会的进步，各种新型企业也不断出现，它们可能规模不大，但却成为一股不可忽视的力量，用中小型企业的小规模经营模式，支撑着市场经济的发展。然而这些企业由于资金链薄弱或技术支撑不足等原因，冗余的计算机信息技术无法进入企业使用。这就需要开发一款操作简单、使用方便且费用不高的管理软件，简化繁琐的手工操作，提高企业的工作效率[2]。
1.2研究目的和意义
主要针对一些注册资金少、规模不大的中小型企业，可以让他们使用上成本较低、操作简单且可以满足企业需要的人事管理系统[3]，用来提高企业人事管理过程中的工作效率，降低保存、增加、修改信息所用的时间和所需要的费用，优化人事管理，保证物流和信息流的畅通无阻。
