The design and Implementation of Scientific Research Management Platform of the Universities
Abstract: At present the management research data of university scientific Management becomes increasingly larger, but the traditional way of scientific research management is difficult to grasp the latest scientific research information timely and effectively and ensure the accuracy and validity of data .so the implementation of scientific research information network management is more and more urgent.The university scientific management system using the B/S structure,using Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2008 as the development tool.The system mainly completed scientific research personnel information management,project information management,project reporting,project audit,product management,project reports,and achieved a network management research work in colleges and universities,in order to improve the efficiency of scientific research management.

1.1.1课题背景
高等院校的科研水平和科研实力逐渐成为反映高校综合水平的重要指标。科研管理是高等院校日常管理中的一项十分重要的工作。目前，高等院校科研管理有些仍借助于Excel、Word等办公软件进行科研管理，这种信息管理的方式不仅浪费了科研管理人员和科研人员大量的时间和精力，难以及时地掌握和了解最新的科研情况，而且很难实现数据的准确性和有效性，严重影响了高校日常的科研绩效的考评工作，越来越不能够适应高校科研管理的需要。为了促进高校科研项目管理的信息化、科学化、规范化，开发一款功能齐全、效率高效、操作灵活、简单的科研管理系统势在必行。
