The Design and Implementation of Office Automation System
Abstract: Office automation is a modern office and computer networks will combine the functions of anew office mode.This paper realizes the design of the office automation information processing system.The development of the system mainly uses the Direct Web Remoting (DWR) frame structure.The development choice of MyEclipse as a development tool, Java as the programming language.While the background using Oracle as the database.Mainly completed the design of system management, daily office, document management, attendance management, statistics, permissions management system function module.After that operation, system has practicability and better utilization value.

随着计算机及网路技术的飞速发展，Internet技术在各个领域内的广泛应用，当今社会正在快速的向信息化时代迈进。而企业对信息需求的增长，也使得企业的日常办公已经越来越离不开计算机和网络技术。所以，每个企业为了适应时代的步伐，提升企业的管理能力，加强企业在市场中的综合竞争力，都需要在不同程度上加强企业内的办公网络化和自动化。因此，每个企业都开发出了拥有不同功能的办公自动化系统，以适应企业的需求。
1.1系统开发的背景
以前，由于互联网技术还没有得到广泛的应用，各企业间的信息交流和办公业务的处理都是由人工操作来完成的，不仅费时费力，还容易出错。如今，随着社会的发展，时代的进步，计算机网络技术的普及和应用已经越来越普遍，以前的那种由人工操作来完成的办公已经不能够适应现代化企业的需求了。而办公自动化就在这样的发展下应运而生，它不仅能有效的提高企业的办公效率，还能够实现企业各部门间的群体协同工作。为了能够使办公自动化和一个企业间的业务紧密的结合在一起，不同的企业都定制了属于自己企业的不同的办公自动化系统，因而将诸如信息采集、查询、统计等功能与具体的业务紧密相联。办公自动化还是一个企业与整个世界相联的渠道，它可以将企业内部网络与整个互联网相联，使得企业可以在网络上和别的企业进行交流，这种潜力是非常巨大的。所以，办公自动化已经成为企业发展的一个不可缺少的重要环节。
