摘要:天气在人类日常生活中,是最重要的组成部分之一。晴朗的天气可以令人身心愉悦,阴沉的天气则会使人烦躁不安。更重要的是天气直接影响了人们对工作,旅行,走亲访友等计划的安排。因此在互联网高速发展的现今,开发一个能够实时提供天气信息的网站是有必要的。本文设计了一个网上天气网。网页由动态服务器页面编写而成,它具有灵活的集成开发方法,是系统开发,功能实现得以顺利完成。网上天气网的界面简洁明了,操作方便,灵活,能够有效的管理天气信息,提高了查询效率。而且兼具预报天气与实时播报天气信息的功能,使天气系统更加系统化,规范化,自动化。这个系统采用了一般性三层的框架结构,把复杂的各种功能模块细分成三个层,分别为业务层,控制层和表示层,这样可以降低系统的复杂程度。因为是使用了动态服务器页面语言进行开发,这使得系统的运行能力和安全性得到了提高,并且更加容易文护。该系统主要实现了天气中心、帮助中心、使用者注册、广告信息、在线留言、联系方式、天气查询等功能。39011

 THE DEVELOPMENT of WEATHER WEBSITE
Abstract: Weather is an important part of people’s daily life. Clear weather will lead to a physical and emotional pleasure, whereas bad weather will result in people become anxious, or even hot and bothered. More important than all of that, weather affect people’s arrangements of work, travel or visit friends directly. So, it is necessary to develop a website which can report weather real-timely in the age with the rapid development of Internet. This paper designed an online weather website which is written by Active Server Page. This system was finished in a ingenious way, as a result, the system development and function realization were implemented successfully. The operation interface of the weather website is succinct and clear and easy to operate. This system can manage the weather information fleetly and efficiently, beside these, the query efficiency also has a significant improvement. Also this weather website has the function of real-time weather information broadcast. All of these make the weather system become more systematic, standardized and automated. This system uses the standard three-tier framework which pide complex modules into three layer-- the presentation layer, the control layer structure layer, the business layer. This design can reduce the complexity of system development effectively.  Because of the use apply Active Server Page language in the development process, the safety performance and  operation performance of the system get a great improvement, besides, it is mach more easy to maintain the system. To sum up, the system implements have these following functions-- weather center, help center, user registration, advertising messages, online messages, contact information and weather query.
