The Design and Implementation of E home Housing Agency Management System Based on Web
Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, because population movements are larger, the purchase and rental demand also increases, in order to be able to more quickly and easily purchase and rental business, housing agency management system also in all over the world has been widely used. Housing agency has many houses, to be effective, efficient, standardized management is essential to them. According to the needs of today's social housing agency for the business,the system uses ASP. Net technology and SQL Server database to develop some basic functions such as query ,add, modify, delete for housing information, personal information, messages and others. Querying can use combination of multiple information to query, can be more accurate to retrieve the information which users need. Three kinds of user rights have been developed in this System which includes administrators, members and visitors. with these three different identities, people will get corresponding operating authority to log on the system. Because security is very important for the site, in the registration module, using the MD5 algorithm to encrypt the user's password to ensure the confidentiality of information.
