摘要随着互联网的普及和应用的加深，Web服务作为一个虚拟服务定义和交互应用越来越在人们生活中起重要的作用。而Web服务语义描述凭借其能够实现自动发现、组合和交互的特性成为Web服务研究领域的一个热点。未来几年里，Web服务仍是计算机发展的一个焦点，而如何在众多Web服务中选取高质量的服务以及如何快速、精确地搜索到用户所需的Web服务都成为制约Web服务发展的关键问题。41875

本论文针对Web服务描述和本体质量评估做出了研究：

1，能够用语义描述本体，熟练将基于代数规约的Web服务语义描述到本体的语义描述的转换方法。

2，对转换得到的本体进行评估，本文提出并尝试了一种面向Web服务语义描述的本体质量模型，该模型首先定义了4个客观质量标准，即完整性、精确性、良结构性和可用性，然后从本体的词汇、结构、语义和上下文4个维度上构造8个度量要素的37个度量值来评估转换所得的领域本体抽象模型和服务功能描述。

Abstract

With the deepening of the Internet and the popularity of applications, Web services as a virtual service definition and interactive applications increasingly play an important role in people's lives. The Web Service Semantic Description With its enables automatic discovery, features a combination and interaction of Web services become a hot research field. The next few years, Web services continues to be a focus of development of the computer, and how to select high-quality services in a number of Web services, and how to quickly and accurately search the Web service required by the user are the key issues constraining the development of Web services .

In this thesis Web service description and make a research body quality assessment:

1, the Ontology can use semantic description, skilled based Algebra Statute Web service semantic description of a method to convert semantic description of the Ontology.
