摘要：大学生社团活动和创新精神正在日益成为衡量高校实力的重要指标，随着社会关注度的不断增加，各高校也越来越重视如何去培养一个大学生的创新精神，高校在每年的大学生创新活动和社团活动中产生的申报所需要的文件、论文以及项目等的数据不断增大，如此庞大的数据导致了传统的人工管理方式不能有效率的完成，而且传统的人工方式保密性、工作效率，查找、更新和维护都没有软件系统方便，而在学生社团管理方面也是一样。各个高校都没有类似的管理系统，所有基本上都是纸质文件来完成一系列的报名，审核，活动申请等等，因此很有必要开发此系统。通过使用大学生社团与创新管理系统，学生社团的管理工作会变得更加系统化、规范化、自动化、简易化、智能化，大大的超越了人工的传统方式，从而达到提高学生社团服务管理效率的目的。本次在大学生社团和创新项目管理系统的毕业设计当中，实现了社长对社员以及社团活动的管理模块、社长对社员竞赛成绩管理的模块、创新项目管理的模块以及系统管理员对社团以及社长的管理模块。本系统开发采用了微软公司的Visual Studio 2008，它是目前比较流行的Windows应用程序的开发环境，数据库则采用和Microsoft SQL Sever 2008。42332

Abstract: College students' community activities ，innovation spirit and practice ability has increasingly become the important index of measuring power of colleges and universities, with the focus of society, universities also pay more and more attention to how to cultivate students' innovation spirit, every year in college students' community activities innovative activities in colleges and universities as well as the thesis, project filing data such as growing. Traditional way of artificial management efficiency is low, secrecy bad, is not conducive to search, update and maintenance. Student associations as well. All have similar colleges and universities management system, all basically is paperwork to complete a series of application, audit, activities application, etc. Nowadays with the fast development of computer technology, people are more like to relay on computer technologies, especially with the development of database and data management system of computer, it is more serious in life application, the development of this system. Through the use of the college students' community and innovation management system, make the students management work systematic, standardization, automation, facilitation, intelligent, so as to meet the needs of improving the efficiency of student community service management. This system is development by Visual Studio 2008, Microsoft, using its powerful Visual interface and the database support, to construct a prototype first, gradually increase the function, finally meet demand.
