摘要：大学生的就业问题一直是社会关注的焦点，尤其是随着高等教育的大众化，毕业大学生越来越多。针对这种就业压力大的情况，政府已经采取了一些措施：如在企业注册登记方面简化程序，减免各种费用；金融贷款优先贷款支持，适当的信用贷款，简化贷款程序，关税减让；在企业运行方面提供各种培训和管理支持等，来鼓励大学生创业，解决自身的就业问题，同时也可以创造新的就业岗位来减缓社会上紧张的就业压力。但是如此严峻的就业形势和政府的各种鼓励措施并没有促进大学生创业率的提升。大学毕业生中参与自主创业的人数比例却一直不高，始终没有突破毕业生人数的2%，而发达国家一般占20%~30%。我国大学生的创业率低，就业形势也不容乐观，因此造成了严重的人才资源浪费。通过对上海大学生创业实践案例的综合分析，以及对上海十所高校学生的问卷调查，了解上海创业教育的开展现状和各方对创业教育的需求，并通过与国外创业教育先驱相对比，积极寻找创业教育开展的理想模式，设计出服务于大学生创业的服务平台。49678
