摘要电网电压监测系统要实现的目标是对所辖区域内的所有监测点进行电压和谐波的监测、统计和信息管理。本系统采用Microsoft Visual Studio 2005和Microsoft SQL Server 2000数据库,完成数据库管理系统的设计和开发。本系统采用B/S方式和C#语言，完成Web数据库管理软件的开发和调试。开发环境基于Microsoft Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3。电压监测信息管理系统包含用户管理、查询电压监测信息以及可对查询的结果输出EXCEL格式的报表。65318
