摘要：在监控领域智能化球形摄像机所发挥的作用越来越重要，而监控摄像机的一个重要发展方向就是目标检测和自动追踪。本文实现了智能球形摄像机控制系统软件功能，并通过PC实现目标检测，将检测到的目标信息在此基础上处理并通过PC串口发送给摄像机，云台在球形摄像机的控制下实现目标跟踪。具体包括以下内容：70984

（1）对球形摄像机的控制系统的总体结构和工作原理进行了解和研究，按照其硬件组成对各个功能模块进行深入的分析；

（2）在现有硬件平台上设计实现球形摄像机控制系统软件功能，具体功能包括：云台运动控制、数据储存、画面截图功能，云台控制出来基本的电机控制，主要实现了水平扫描、垂直扫描等功能；

（3）设计实现基于.NET平台的目标检测系统，根据检测到的目标，通过PC串口向球形摄像机发送信息，球形摄像机通过控制云台的运动对目标实现跟踪。

Abstract:in the field of monitoring intelligent spherical camera to play a more and more important role, and an important development direction of surveillance cameras is target detection and automatic tracking.
