摘要当前我国的高等教育正处于快速发展的阶段，学生人数越来越多，这也同时直接带来了学校在服务和管理上的巨大压力。为了解决学校在学生信息管理系统上的压力和解决在信息保存的过程中所出现的的各种现实情况设计并研发本系统。72090

传统的学生信息管理的手段只有通过教务老师使用纸质文件记录学生的信息并通过老式的档案保存。这中方法不仅浪费资源，成本很高，而且也不利于学生查看和完善自己的信息档案。基于PHP的学生信息管理系统现在为我们提供了一个很好的管理学生信息的方法。通过将学生信息管理的各个环节全部通过在线的方式来解决。不仅让学生参与到自己的信息的管理的环节中来，同时赋予学生的辅导员对于学生信息的审核的权力，这样不仅提高了信息管理过程中相应管理员的压力，同时也减少了在信息管理的过程中因操作的失误而使信息出错的概率。

通过设计并研发现代化的学生信息管理系统，不仅减轻了传统的教务管理员对于学生信息管理的压力，减小出错的概几率。同时我们通过在线的服务器进行数据的保存和备份，也使得传统的纸质的保存的方式不再沿用。信息存储业务完全通过无纸化实现。不仅非常环保，同时也降低了信息保存的成本。相信在未来的日子里，在线的学生信息管理系统将会使用的越来越广泛。

 The only mean of traditional student information management is using paper files record the students' information by teaching teacher and preserved by the old-fashioned archives。 This method is not only a waste of resourcesthe cost is very high, but also is bad for students to view and improve their information archives。 PHP students’ information management system now offers a good method of information management students。 The system solves problems from each link online。 It not only lets students to participate in their own information management link, but also gives the students’ counselor the power to audit students’ information。 This improves the pressure on the process of information management, and reduces the probability of making errors during the process of information management at the same time。

Through designing and developing modern information management system, we not only reduce the pressure on traditional educational administrators for students’ information management, but also reduce the error probability。 At the same time we use online service to save and backup data, and make the traditional way of paper no longer in use。 Information storage business is entirely replaced by the paperless。 The new system is very environmental and at the same time it reduces the cost of storing information。 It is believed that the online student information management system will be used more and more widely in the future days。
