摘要：如今，计算机时代正日益发展，计算机网络作为一种新兴科学技术正快速融入这个社会的每一行业和领域。在线文档分享系统是分享文档时不可缺少的一部分，开发和设计基于网络的文档分享系统是这个时代的产物，可以大大提高文档利用率，提高文档检索速率。本系统在完成文档分享功能的基础上，探索并研究了提高文档分享系统效率的方式。利用Aspose与SWFTools相结合的方式实现文档在线预览，用jieba实现敏感词屏蔽和文档相似度计算的功能，从而达到提升文档分享效率、节约人力资源的目的。76599

Abstract:Today, the computer technology is growing; the computer network as a kind of new science and technology is rapidly integrated into every industry and fieldof the community。 Online document sharing system is an indispensable part of document-sharing。Developed and designedbased on network, document sharing system is a product of the times, can greatly improve document utilization ratio and improve the rate of the document retrieve。 Based on the function of document sharing, this paper explores and studies the way to improve the efficiency of document sharing system。 Combining Aspose and SWFTools to realize the document online preview, using Jieba to achieve the function of the sensitive word shielding and document similarity calculation, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of the document sharing and saving human resources。
