摘要现代社会,很多公司和企事业单位每天都会有不同的访客来访,目前很多公司的访客登记都是由门卫安保人员手动登记。传统的人工登记访客信息的方式往往局限于登记人员的眼看、手写,这样不但登记速度慢,而且一旦出现问题无法追溯查询,存在着访客信息登记不准确、记录易丢失、记录过程繁琐等缺点。利用计算机系统以及数据库存储技术可以巧妙地解决这类问题,使得公司门卫人员对来访人员信息的登记更为方便和准确。该项目开发的软件为智能访客系统。78119
该访客系统采用B/S架构,使用Java语言,运用JSP技术以及MySQL数据库开发工具。采用MVC的开发模式,主要开发技术为JSP+Servlet+JavaBean。本系统主要包括的功能模块为:访客登记,访客签离,访客查询,分析统计以及黑名单设置等。主要适用于各企事业单位的访客信息管理。该系统的优点是界面简洁,易于操作,有效节省了访客登记的时间,并极大地提高了信息记录的准确性,弥补了传统手工登记方式的不足。

Abstract In modern society, many companies and enterprises and institutions have various visitors every day, at present,the visitor registration of many companies is done by security guards’ manual registration。Traditional manual visitor registration is often limited to seeing and handwriting。Registration of this method not only has a slow speed but also if there is a problem,it can not be retroactive。There are some shortcomings like a visitor registration information is not accurate, record is easy to lose, and the process of record is tedious and so on。 Use computer system and database storage technology can solve this kind of problem neatly, making the registration of visitors’ information more convenient and accurate。 This project is to develop software for intelligent visitor system。
The visitor system uses B/S architecture and Java language, utilizing JSP technology and MySQL database as development tools。 Using MVC development model, the main development technology of this system is JSP+Servlet+JavaBean。 This system mainly includes the function module as follows: visitor registration, visitor sign off, visitor inquiry, analysis statistics as well as black list setting and so on。It is mainly applicable to the visitor information management of all enterprises and institutions。The advantages of the system is simple, easy to operate, it also effectively saves the time of visitor registration, and greatly improve the accuracy of information records, This system makes up for the shortcomings of traditional manual registration methods。
