摘要在线交流论坛作为当今社会的一种先进的通信互动方式被越来越多的人认可和使 用，因为其价格低廉，速度快捷，传播范围广，包含文字，图像，声音等多样化内容， 让其无论在国内或是国外都受到青睐，它已经成为人与人，企业之间沟通的必不可少的 工具。79875

本系统设计并实现了基于通信新技术的在线交流论坛，系统分为客户端和服务端， 基于 MyEclipse 开发平台，以 Java 作为开发语言，利用 Struts 框架从服务端进行开发， 利用 JavaScript 从客户端开发，利用 JDBC 连接 MySQL 数据库。客户端包括发布帖子、 回复帖子、删除帖子、置顶帖子、设置精华帖等功能模块，服务器端包括类别管理、版 面管理、用户管理等功能模块。

本系统结合软件工程开发方法，分步骤进行分析设计并实现了通信新技术论坛，系 统界面友好，功能完善。

Abstract Online forums, as a kind of advanced communication in today’s society, are recognized and used by more and more people。 They are cheap, quick, and spread information  widely。 The forums contain texts, images, videos and all kinds of information。 All of these make them popular in the world, and they have become indispensable tools in business。

This online forum system based on the new technologies of  communication  was designed and implemented。 The system is pided into client module  and  server module, which is based on MyEclipse development platform and Java as a development language。 It used the Struts framework to develop service module, JavaScript to develop client  module, and JDBC to connect database。 Client module includes post reply, post edit, top posts and so on。 Server side module includes category management, forum management, user management, and other functional modules。

This system used the method of software engineering development, analyzed and designed step by step, to realize the new communication technology forum whose interfaces are friendly, the functions are completely。
