摘要：由于人们生活水平的逐渐提升，汽车的拥有量也在逐日增加，紧随而来的种种交通方面的问题也开始渐渐严重起来，这直接导致了各大地区的车辆管理的工作量与压力都在不断上升，所以一个完善的停车场计费系统在当今社会的环境下用处是巨大的。80528

为了响应整个市场的需求，停车场计费系统应运而生。本系统的目标是对车辆实现智能化、现代化的管理。在处理车辆管理的相关业务时，通过使用本系统，可以更加简单、轻松地进行业务处理，完成信息处理的网络化、现代化、系统化。让车辆管理的工作人员可以从复杂繁琐的人工记录中解脱出来，减少了需要人力处理的工作量。

本系统使用了JSP作为开发语言，后台使用sql server作为数据库，开发环境选用MyEclipse，，总体而言是一个基于Web技术的停车场计费系统。

ABSTRACT Abstract：Along with economic development, ownership of the car has increased significantly, the traffic problems become more serious, which led the workload and pressure of vehicle management everywhere are on the rise, so a car park management system is very useful today。

In order to respond to requirement of the markt, the car park management systems emerged, One goal of the system is to realize the intellectuality、modernization of vehicle management system。 Through using this system , business process can be done more easily, and make the information processing modernization and systematization。 Let the personnel of vehicle management can leave away from the boring adjustment manually and reduce the human resources。

My software will use JSP as the language to depelopment, the background using sql server as the database management system, development environment in MyEclipse, developed a Web technology based B/S structure of parking management system。
