摘要近年来随着科学技术的飞速发展，创新能力已经成为一个国家综合实力的重要体现。为了顺应时代的发展，我国政府将培养大学生创新实践的能置于重要地位。在开展创新项目实践的过程中，必然会产生大量的相关论文、项目以及其他各种相关文件。以往的人工管理方式执行效率低、不利于查找、更新以及维护的弱点渐渐展现出来，已经不能满足客观的需求。另外，由于普通的纸质存储文件方式不易，容易出现疏漏。这样会导致很严重的后果。为此，。我们设计了大学生创新实践管理web平台，来应对以上问题。

大学生创新实践管理web平台设计的目的在于是为实现各个院校大学生创新项目的管理创造一个更加先进、更加方便的网络平台，以取代过去的人工管理。该系统包含如下功能：大学生创新实践项目的查询与统计、大学生创新实践项目的申报与结题、各层领导的审核与管理。本系统所有项目功能均可在网上操作实现，十分方便。

本系统使用 B/S 架构,选用 MyEclipse 作为 JAVA 开发工具，SqlServer 2000 数 据库，Apache Tomcat 6。x 服务器。系统涉及到 Servlet、JavaBean等后台技术。Jsp、Html 等前台技术以及数据库的存储过程等。80711
