§1。2目前旅游行业存在的问题

当前市场上有相当一部分的旅游管理部门依然使用以前传统人工方式采用电子文档、电子表格等来信息进行管理，大部分旅行社也没有自己的独立旅游网站，无法完成现在这个网络时代接受客户的网上票。

    随着旅游业的不断扩大，旅行社的业务操作中涉及的各种费用和客户以及旅游线路越来越复杂，业务人员如果只靠人工处理大量数据的处理，那么信息丢失的现象更易发生，这也可能带来误差的增长和资源的浪费和闲置。因此，只有加强对旅游部门信息资源的整合，统一规划管理，我们才能使该行业运作更加合理。
