Design and Implementation of Personal Affairs Management System
Abstract: Personal affairs management system is helpful to improve the efficiency of your work and daily affairs, the public and private affairs finished methodically, and save more time for the user. It is a comprehensive personal affairs processing software,its development mode is C/S mode. This system using Visual Studio 2010 as the main development tools, and using SQL Server 2008 as the tool for develop database, the system adopts three-layer architecture make the system more easy to maintain and understand. By using three-layer architecture, data accessing, business logic processing, and user interface interaction between the independent and associated mechanism, strengthen the layers of the internal cohesion, reduce the coupling between the layers. The main function of this system has: personal finance, common account, address book, memo, to-do, working content and working progress and so on, it can maximize satisfy the daily affairs of user requirements. This system has realized the timing remind function precisely, it ensures that the user won't miss transactions that has planned ,ensure the user finish the daily affairs in a planned way.

引言
随着社会的进步和生活节奏的加快，个人的各项待办事务日益增多并呈现有些杂乱无章的现象，与此同时，随着信息技术和应用软件的迅速推广和广泛应用，也使得个人事务急切需要一个小型的软件来管理使得其有序进行，将人们从复杂的事务中解放出来以专心从事正在进行的事务中，同时还不至于错过接下来的任务和工作。

目前，已经出现一些类似的个人事务管理系统，不过一般都是功能不太完善，或是功能单一只能提供部分用户需要的功能。有的是只提供了简单的倒计时提醒，有的则是只提供了通讯录或是记事本类似的功能，还没有一个软件对这些所有必要的需求进行汇总，所以很有必要开发一个综合而全面的软件以满足用户的各项需求，例如小孩便笺这一桌面软件，只是提供了以时钟为基础的提醒功能和简单的记事功能，还远远不能满足当下用户的个人事务管理的需求。
