摘 要在我国,南方梅雨季节尽管温度不是太高,但是由于空气相对比较潮湿,空气中都弥 漫着小水珠,换洗的衣服置放在空气中,往往一个星期都无法晾干,人们把衣服穿在身上 感觉都潮潮的,一点都不舒适。这不仅给人们的生活带来了不方便,而且衣物在晾干的过 程中,会造成衣物发霉,产生异味。此外,在梅雨季节的房间内,由于空气湿度大,也会 让室内被子衣物产生异味、发霉,甚至霉烂。热泵式干衣机就应运而生,它利用热泵提供 能量,在恶虐天气中能使人们穿上舒适的衣服。84573
干衣机是一种高能耗设备,需要大量的热量来加热衣物中的水分使其汽化,传统电加热 方式的干衣机能耗高且干燥效果不佳。热泵是一种高效的热量输运设备,其利用压缩机消 耗少量的功来实现热量由蒸发器向冷凝器的转移。热泵干衣机充分利用了热泵的热量与冷 量,降低了能耗的同时增强了干燥的效果,本文分析了热泵式干衣机在整个干燥过程中不 同阶段的干燥效果的变化规律,计算热泵式干衣机的各种参数并对其进行确定,得出了优 化的方案。
