摘 要针对冷冲压技术在零件制造行业上的运用,根据零件制造实例,借鉴已有的设计 方案,研究出完善模具设计过程。首先,明确一点,零件是本来就有的,设计的是对 模具进行设计而不是改善零件的设计。此次论文主要研究的内容是,冲压工艺的分析 和制定,冲裁件的工艺性分析,包含了冲裁件的尺寸、形状、精度、表面粗糙度和毛 刺等,还有冲裁间隙的选取,凹凸模刃口尺寸的设计计算、压力机的选取,冲裁模标 准零件的选用,其中包括,模架、模柄、冲模导向装置等等,当然也还包括弹簧及橡 胶弹性件的选取,整体模具结构的选用等等。模具的装配和模具的调试模具设计的最 后一个环节,可是同样的的是,它也是最为重要的环节。由于在设计的过程中,模具 上的零件大多采用标准件,这就带来了另一个问题,就是标准件的选取问题,选取标 准件时,需要非常的细致,根据实际情况来选取,而且技术参数也要取得相对合适。 互换性是模具产品设计的重要依据,通过本论文准确的根据已知参数,尽快完成设计 工作,提高设计质量,缩短生产周期。论文实现的内容就是,能够在独立的条件下, 能够让人清晰的明白模具的整套设计流程。并且这个论文能够用来指导模具的制造, 设计无明显缺陷,本文的设计过程无错误,能够作为模具设计的模板。绘制的零件图、 装配图能够完成零件的加工,装配图能够直接指导工人实现模具的装配。84917
