摘 要镗刀是孔加工刀具中的一种,是高精度等级的精密孔尺寸加工的重要工具。其主要作用就是机加工过程中对带有孔结构的工件进行孔加工,此外,镗刀还可以对已有孔零件进行尺寸上扩大的扩孔加工和孔形状零件的仿形加工。镗刀除了加工孔的功能,还可以用来加工零件的端面的外圆等。镗刀加工孔的精密等级可以达到级,加工出来的孔表面的粗糙度可以达到。因此在孔状零件的加工过程中,镗刀无论是从精度角度还是功能需求方面都使得其得到了广泛的使用,使得其成为机械加工制造领域不可或缺的工具。86328
传统的孔形零件加工过程中有很多种工艺方法,扩孔、钻孔、铰孔、镗孔等,但是要保证足够的加工精度前提下,满足孔的轴向加工工艺要求传统的加工方法就无法实现。在加工孔的过程中保证孔的轴向镗孔加工的同时实现横向进给运动来满足不同孔径向不同形状的加工是传统的镗孔刀具也无法实现的。因此这就需要设计一种满足上述要求的特殊的镗孔装置才能满足要求。为了解决这一重大加工难点,克服现有孔加工技术中存在的不足,本设计提出了一种可以实现轴向孔加工与径向进给运动同时进行,从而满足不同孔径向不同形状加工需求的加工刀具——锥孔镗刀装置。该装置的设计可以实现轴向和横向移动同时进行,极大的扩展了加工工件的范围,同时和节约了加工时间,提高加工效率。
本设计中对锥孔镗刀的轴向运动路径与横向移动方式进行了原理上的设计和解释,同时,针对设计出的锥孔镗刀的机械结构进行尺寸分析,通过对其两根轴的设计校核以及减速器、齿轮、涡轮蜗杆等重要零件的设计计算,最终给出了整个锥孔镗刀装置的整体装配图和各零件的设计校核过程以及详细的零件图。并通过分析验证得出了所设计的锥孔镗刀加工装置能够很好的克服现有加工过程中存在的不足,满足了设计需要,具有一定的工程应用的意义。
