摘要多工位加工是以通用部件为基础,配以按工件特定形状和加工工艺设计的专用部件和夹具,组成的半自动或自动专用机床。它具有设计、制造周期短,成本低,自动化程度高,劳动强度低,生产效率高等特点。因为工序集中,可多刀、多工位、多轴同时加工,组合机床兼有低成本和高效率的优点,在大批、大量生产中得到广泛应用,并可用以组成自动生产线。
本次设计的内容是针对铣削与钻孔及的组合机床。工艺分析,工序的设计,机床的总体方案的设计,通用部件(十字滑台、电主轴、电机)的选取及设计,主轴的设计等内容。针对主轴的设计,做了校核,最后设计出小型化钻铣组合机床。20813 毕业论文关键词:组合机床 钻铣机床 多工位加工、
ABSTRACT
Multi processing is the semi-automatic or automatic machine based on common components, supported by the workpieces specific shape and design of dedicated processing technology and fixture parts. It’s characteristics designed cycle short, manufacturing cycle short, low cost, a high degree of automation, labor, low-intensity, high production efficiency. Because of the process focused, more knives, multi-position, multi-axis at the same time processing, machine tool have advantages of both low-cost and high efficiency .It is used in the production of the large number widely and for the composition of automated production lines.
The content is designed for the shell of hard-disk, milling and drilling the top surface of the disk and drilling on both sides of the combination of machine tools. Including the hard shell of the process analysis, process design, machine tool's overall program design, general components (cross slipway, spindle, motor) the selection and design, the design of the spindle and so on. For the spindle design, a check is made. And the drilling and milling machine tools is designed to producing the shell of the hard-disk. At last a DMU(CATIA) simulation is be made, and it is more objective to show the movement of drilling and milling.
