摘要: 四工位单向分度与夹紧转台的研制。为自动加工某一零件添置一台四工位的工装设备以及上下料装置,以改善工人劳动强度和工作环境,提高生产效率。现要求运用计算机辅助设计的方法、以液压(或气动)与机械结构相结合对四工位单向分度与夹紧转台的研制,并完成气动和电气控制系统的设计。通过研究了谈理和刘有毅的蝶板摆动单向分度机构的特性分析,决定采用碟板摆动单向分度机构来完成四工位单向分度与加紧两个要求。设计蝶板机构时,必须选择合理数据以避免干涉和保证主动力永远在摩擦圆外。4572

The development of one-way indexing and clamping rotary table with four stations
Abstract: The development of one-way indexing and clamping rotary table with four stations. We make this device to improve the labor intensity, working environment and production efficiency. Now requirement of using computer-aided design methods, hydraulic (or pneumatic) and the mechanical structure is necessary and complete the design of pneumatic and electrical control system. By learning feature analysis on one way dividing mechanism of butterfly-board oscillation wrote by Tan Li and Liu Youyi, we decided to use the one way dividing mechanism of butterfly-board oscillation which can fulfill the requirements, such as one-way indexing and fixed position. To design of mechanism of butterfly-board oscillation, you must select a reasonable data in order to avoid interference and ensure the active force is outside the friction circle.
