摘要:随着社会的发展,气压的功能逐渐被人们所认识。气动执行元件主要用于作直线往复运动。在工程实际中,这种运动形式应用最多,如许多机器设备上的传送装置、产品加工时工件的进给、工件定位和夹紧、工件装配以及材料成形、加工等都是直线运动形式。但有些气动执行元件也可以作旋转运动,如摆动气缸(摆动角度可达360。)。在气动技术应用范围内,除个别情况外,对完成直线运动形式来说,无论是从技术还是从成本角度看,气缸作为执行元件是完成直线运动的最佳形式,如同用电动机来完成旋转运动一样。在气动技术中,控制元件与执行元件之间的相互作用是建立在一些简单元件基础上的。根据任务要求,这些元件可以组合成多种系统方案。由于气动控制使机构或设备的机械化程度大大提高并能够实现完全自动化,因此,气动技术在“廉价”自动化方面做出了重大贡献。实际上,单个气动元件(如各种类型气缸和控制阀)都可以看成是模块式元件,这是因为气动元件必须进行组合,才能形成一个用于完成某一特定作业的控制回路。广义上讲,气动设备可以应用于任何工程领域。气动设备常常是由少量气动元件和若干个气动基本回路组合而成的。4575
