摘要:重载货车轴箱是联结在铁路机车和车辆轴颈上,与轮对和转向架构架相关的部件。轴承箱能够把车体承载的总重量传给轮对,并承受轮对在行驶时产生的轴向力和径向力;为了保护轴承箱各部件,并减少摩擦,降低运行阻力,在轴承箱中注有润滑剂。根据实际情况表明,使用 30t 轴重货车是提高铁路运输性能最好的方法。我国当前铁路货车使用的轴承轴重为25t,设计出 30t 轴重的重载货车,掌握大轴重货车的轴承轴箱尺寸和结构是铁路发展的必要过程。本课题综合当前铁路的发展趋势,分析了现有铁路货车轴承箱的尺寸和结构;利用所学有关力学、机械、设计等方面的知识,对列车轴承箱进行受力分析;利用绘图软件对滚动轴承轴箱结构进行设计,并绘制工程图。由于当前铁路货车向着重载的方向发展, 客观上要求在设计轴承箱时需进一步提高轴承的承载力, 使轴承具有高强度、高可靠性以及较长的寿命。21660 毕业论文关键词:滚动轴承轴箱;结构设计;寿命;润滑;密封
