摘要利用数值模拟得到不同条件下破片撞击带壳装药的临界起爆速度,利用已有实验数据对仿真结果加以验证,分析了破片材料、挡板材料、挡板厚度、破片头部形状以及破片长径比对临界起爆速度的影响规律,所得结果与Jacobs经验公式基本一致。通过拟合得到了不同材料时Jacobs公式中的经验常数,计算结果与已有实验结果吻合较好,拓展了Jacobs经验公式的适用范围。并建立了理论计算模型,采取冲击起爆理论判据验证仿真结果,计算表明理论判据可能存在局限性,为后续研究提供参考。25819

Title The study on the response for shelled explosive under fragments impact
Abstract
With the numerical simulation,the threshold velocities of shelled explosive impacted by fragments with different parameters were gained.The rule of different parameters’ influence on the threshold velocity was analyzed,which included the material of fragments,the material of shell,the thickness of shell,the head shape of fragment and the L/D ratios of fragments.The result of numerical simulation coincides with the Jacobs-Roslund formula.The characteristic parameter A,B of different material which were used in Jacobs-Roslund formula were gained by the MATLAB.The critical detonating velocities calculated by the Jacobs-Roslund formula meet the result of experiment well,which expand the scope of application of Jacobs-Roslund formula.Besides,theoretical caculation model is established,the result of numerical simulation are validated by detonation criteria。The result proved the theoretical calculation model may have limitations.It can provide a reference for experiment in the future.
