摘要研究火炮各参数对内弹道性能的影响一直是兵器研究者关注的重点问题。通过查阅 国内外相关资料,比较全面地了解了装药结构和内弹道理论的相关知识,对混合装药结 构的内弹道过程做了简化和分析,推导了经典内弹道混合装药方程组。为了获得更高精 度的弹道解,传统的解法由于计算复杂,精度不高等原因,已经不能满足现阶段的要求。 利用 Matlab 进行编程,采用四阶龙格-库塔法对所建立的混合装药经典内弹道模型进行了 数值模拟,得到了膛内射击运动的变化规律,并根据数值计算数据画出弹道曲线,同时 对数值结果进行了讨论和分析,讨论了不同参数的改变对内弹道性能的影响,为内弹道 设计提供了一定的参考依据。研究结果表明:混合装药能实现在通过改变装药量来实现 初速的改变的同时,也能保证火药在炮管内燃烧结束,避免了由于火药未燃完而导致的 炮口初速不稳定。79514

Title Study on The Interior Ballistics Performance of The Mixed-Charge
Abstract The influence of the artillery weapon parameters on the interior ballistic performance has been the focus of the researchers。After a review of relevant information at home and abroad,comprehensively understanding the knowledge relevant to the charge structure and interior ballistic theory and simplifing and analysing the mixed-charge of the interior ballistic process,the classical interior ballistic equations are deducted。In order to obtain a more accurate ballistic solution,the traditional method is not satisfied with the current requirements due to its complicated calculation and low precision。Based on the calculation model of mixed-charge interior ballistic,the numerical model of a two-charge was established by use of Matlab。Getting the regulation of projectile motion in the bore,drawing the ballistic curve according to the numerical calculation data,different parameters have influence on the interior ballistic performance。It provides certain reference for the interior ballistic design。The results showed that mixed-charge can achieve the change of velocity by changing the charge quantity,ensure the propellant exhausted in the end of the barrel at the same time, and avoid the instability of the muzzle velocity caused by the not fully burning propellant。
