摘要:随着我国经济的迅速发展,特别是在在海上运输等方面,货物、集装箱等需要大量的进行装卸、吊运、转移,克令吊的广泛运用能大大地减少装卸货物的时间和船只停泊的时间,极大的提高了运输效率和降低了货物的的场地时间占有率。克令吊在长时间的室外、潮湿、各种风浪载荷的影响下,其结构的安全性和稳定性值得我们去研究。而性能分析可以利用ANSYS软件进行性能分析,采用ANSYS分析,可以对结构性能进行校核、分析。
论文主要研究了以下内容:1)大量地浏览书籍与,学习克令吊的发展情况和研究该课题的时代背景现代受力仿真分析软件的使用,并阐述该课题的研究对未来克令吊的发展具有怎样的意义。2)按照参考书确定克令吊的总体研究方案,通过设计要求提供的重要设计参数,对克令吊的回转装置和转台主体等结构、装置进行了计算、设计并使用Solidworks软件对克令吊整体进行了三维建模。
3)使用ANSYS软件对起重机的塔架转台进行静载荷性能分析,得到了塔架转台在设计要求工作条件下承受最大载荷时关键零部件的位移和应力分布图,用以说明克令吊的转台塔架的设计尺寸符合的实际生产需要。
4)合理使用ANSYS,对克令吊回转机构、转台体等关键受力零部件进行反复分析对比,以优化现有转台塔架结构,为回转机构设计提供一定的理论依据。
