摘要在复杂的火炮结构中,身管是重要的组成部分,赋予了火炮重要的战斗性能。通过对火炮身管内径检测问题的研究,考虑其加工制造条件以及特殊的工作环境,确立了一种火炮身管内径检测系统的总体方案;采用模块化的设计方法,并对系统进行了具体的结构设计。该系统以电感式位移传感器和激光测距传感器为传感元件,在设计的动力装置带动下,对火炮身管内径进行自动化检测。可以准确测量火炮身管任何截面内径尺寸变化,并实现数据的实时传输和处理显示。对系统结构的设计优化,使得系统整体具有自动化程度高,检测精度、效率高以及检测方便等优点。经过建模仿真,火炮身管内径检测系统达到了设计要求,能满足实际使用的需要,对火炮身管检测系统的后期研制具有至关重要的意义。26398

Title Structure Design of Smart Pig for Small Diameter Pipeline
Abstract
The barrel is an important part in the complicated structure of artillery, which give the artillery important performance in the battle. Through the study of detecting and measuring for internal diameter, considering the manufacturing conditions and special working environment, a general scheme of artillery inner diameter detection system has been established. The modular design method has been used, while the concrete structure design has been carried on. The system uses inductive displacement sensors and a laser ranging senor to carry on the automatic measurement of artillery barrel internal diameter within the drive of power device. It can measure any cross-section size change of barrel internal diameter and realize real-time data transmission and processing display. Optimal design of the system structure make the whole system has the advantages of high degree of automation, high detection accuracy, convenient detection and so on. After modeling and simulation, the artillery inner diameter detection system has reached the design requirement. It can satisfy the need of practical use and has vital significance for the later study of the system.
