摘要本课题根据给定的某型电动乘用车的整车动力性要求,以机械设计中齿轮与轴的设计计算为基础,对该电动乘用车的两档变速器进行参数匹配与轮系设计。
主要完成了以下工作:
1、根据整车动力性要求,包括最大总质量、最高车速、最大爬坡度和车轮滚动半径等对驱动电机的功率和转矩进行匹配计算,并通过考虑汽车最大车速和最大爬坡度以及地面附着率选择传动比。
2、利用机械设计和机械制造基本定理完成齿轮参数的确定,并通过计算齿轮弯曲应力和接触应力对齿轮进行强度校核。26300
3、通过分析轴的加工工艺和材料利用的合理性进行轴的参数计算,并进行刚度和强度校核,然后合理选择所需轴承并计算其寿命。
4、利用二文绘图软件Auto CAD绘制所需的齿轮与轴的零件图。

Title The Gear Train Design And Parameter Matching Of Two Speed Transmission In Electric Vehicles
Abstract
This topic according to the type of electric passenger vehicle power requirements for the given,in order to design the mechanical design of gear and shaft calculation basis,the two speed transmission of the electric passenger car with gear design parameters matching.
The main research works are:
1、According to the vehicle power requirements, including the maximum gross mass, the maximum speed, maximum climb angle and wheel rolling radius of the matching calculation of the driving motor power and torque, and by considering the vehicle maximum speed and maximum climb slope and ground attachment rate select transmission ratio.
2、Determines manufacturing fundamental theorem of complete gear parameters by using mechanical design and mechanical, and through the calculation of gear bending stress and contact of gear strength check.
3、The rationality of parameters using the processing and material analysis of shaft axis of the calculation, and the stiffness and strength check, then the reasonable selection of required bearing and calculate its life.
4、The use of 2D drawing software Auto CAD to draw the desired gear and shaft parts.
