车辆半主动空气悬架设计【摘要】:由于现代车辆技术的发展,传统车辆悬架系统已经不能在满足人们对行驶舒适性和稳定性的要求,尤其对于儿童、老人和有行驶障碍的乘客来说,车辆的行驶稳定性和舒适性尤为重要,针对此类问题,需要创新研究出新型的悬架系统。传统悬架由于自身因素的限制,起到的减震效果非常不理想,缺乏商业应用价值,而以带附加气室的空气弹簧为弹性元件的半主动空气悬架系统来说,通过给气囊充、放气可灵活改变其刚度,调节节流口孔的开度大小,改变其阻尼特性,从而起到良好的减震作用,其自身具有的特殊特性,大幅度的提高了车辆在不同路况行驶的平顺性和稳定舒适性,满足人们的需求。本论文就是对车辆半主动空气悬架的方案设计。32662
本论文通过第一章介绍了悬架的类型、空气悬架、空气弹簧等的国内外发展现状以及悬架系统的研究意义,表明对新型悬架系统研究的必要性。第二、三章介绍了空气悬架中的两个重要元件:空气弹簧和高度控制阀,对它们的类型,结构和工作原理等做了详细说明,表明空气悬架中针对不同车辆这两个的选择和设计尤为重要。第四章主要是方案的设计说明,比较各类型的设计方案,选择最优,从而确定最终设计方案。

Semi-active air suspension design
【Abstract】:Due to the development of modern vehicle technology, the traditional vehicle suspension system has been unable to meet the people with comfort and stability, in particular for children, the elderly and there with impaired passengers, driving stability and comfort of the vehicle is particularly important for this kind of problem, we need to come up with new innovative suspension system. Traditional suspension due to limitations of their own factors, play a damping effect is not ideal, the lack of commercial applications, and to bring additional gas chamber air spring semi-active air suspension system for the elastic elements, by giving airbag charge , deflate the flexibility to change its stiffness, adjusting the opening size of the orifice bore, change its damping characteristics, and thus play a good cushioning effect, which itself has a special feature, greatly improves the vehicle in different road conditions ride comfort and stability, to meet people's needs. This thesis is to program the vehicle semi-active air suspension design.
  In this thesis, the first chapter introduces the development status at home and abroad as well as the significance of the suspension of the type of suspension system, air suspension, air springs, etc., it indicates the need for the new suspension system research. The second and third chapters introduce the air suspension two important elements: air springs and height control valves, on their type, structure and working principle and so do a detailed description showing the air suspension in two different vehicles for this the selection and design is particularly important. The fourth chapter is designed to explain the program to compare all types of design, choose the best to determine the final design.
