摘要:TPMS检测工作台自动化装置是一个结合机电气、检测技术而设计的一台自动化装置。TPMS产品是来自汽车的一个零件。此次的设计是为了实现对其的压力检测和分析正品数据打印功能。该装置分为旋转送料、屏蔽检测、数据打印和分类装箱4个工位。产品在各个工位间的移动输送由一个简单的机械手和一套特制的运动装置来实现。在各个工序的触发、启停、和排除两两间的干扰上采用了PLC控制技术来进行这些工序之间的链接,使其能够完成一个自动有序的工作循环。文中我对各个工位进行了方案的拟定,在考虑了各个情况后选定了最优方案,并拟定了气压传动系统的原理图。对主要的零部件进行了设计、计算和选择,并且对主要部件的结构设计进行了详尽的阐述。

Abstract:
TPMS detection workbench automatic device is a combination of mechanical and electrical gas, detection technology and design a automatic device. From the car's products is TPMS a parts. This is designed to achieve its pressure testing and analysis of quality data printing function. This device is divided into rotation feeding, shielding detection, data printing and classification packing four locations. The products in each location by a mobile transmission between simple manipulator and a set of special sports device to achieve. In processes all the trigger, start-stop, and eliminate the interference between practice.there adopted PLC control technology to carry out these processes the link between that allows it to complete an automatic orderly work cycle. This paper I made for each location scheme of considering worked in every situation, the optimal scheme is selected after, and sketched the pneumatic transmission system principle diagram. For the main parts design, calculation and selection of main components, and the structural design for a detailed elaboration.
