摘要:此次毕业设计的任务是了解组合机床和夹具的结构特点和优缺点,结合设计内容和相关数据,完成曲轴铣端面打中心孔组合机床及专用夹具设计,并通过该课题设计,提高理论联系实际和综合分析能力,培养机电一体化的设计能力;树立现代设计理念,提高计算机辅助设计和查阅设计资料、标准及规范等基本技能。曲轴零件的加工过程中对曲轴主轴中心线有位置要求,加工时先以毛培两主轴外圆面定位先铣端面,再加工中心孔,之后以两端面中心孔定位再粗,精加工各轴的表面,最后粗,精磨各轴颈。在夹具的设计过程中,曲轴以V形块和定位销来定位,用旋转式压板夹紧。使用液压夹紧机构来实现夹具的夹紧。
