摘要:该设计方案首先分析了吹塑瓶的几何结构和瓶坯的吹塑成型工艺,模具的设计与工作时的温度控制等;然后提出了模具的设计方案,并阐述其工作原理。该模具结构设计合理,操作方便,能满足使用要求。模具主要由两个半阴模构成。因模颈圈与各夹坯块较易磨损,故一般做成单独的嵌块以便修复和更换。吹塑模具具有双重作用,赋予制品形状与尺寸,并使之冷却。吹塑模具可成型较复杂的制品,能有效的夹断型坯,保证制品接合缝的强度,能有效的排气,能快速均匀地冷却制品,并减小模具壁内的温度梯度,以减小成型时间与制品翘曲。该制件采用挤出吹塑,采用了流动阀来控制熔体的流动,使熔体轮换通过挤出机两侧的机头挤出型坯。合模、型坯的吹胀及制品的冷却与取走均在机头下方进行。由于设置多机头,故产量较高。33087 毕业论文关键词: 吹塑 模具 塑料制件成型设计
