摘要:X型仪表盘装配装置是为汽车仪表盘装配定位销而设计的一个自动化设备。该设备有产品夹具、滑台机构、压下检测机构和机架等主要部件组成,夹具主要对起仪表盘定位夹紧作用,滑台机构有气缸驱动,导轨导向和负载,可调的行程档块定位,将装有产品的工作台送到装配位置,压下机构有特制的压头能同时将三个定位销压紧和检测,操作者只需将仪表盘放入指定位置,即可实现自动夹紧、自动送料、自动压紧的工序。设备运用了气压传动、PLC控制,实现了机电气一体化技术的有效结合,本文确定了动作的自动循环,对总体布局进行了方案拟定,绘制了气压系统原理图,最气动回路的控制的进行了详细说明,对主要零部件进行了设计计算和选择,对主要零部件的结构设计进行了分析和阐述,35706 毕业论文关键词:自动,定位,气动,控制,检测
