摘要本次毕业设计题目是矿用皮带运输系统总体方案的设计。严格遵循带式输送机的设计原则进行计算设计。首先通过网络、书刊等信息渠道获取国内外矿用皮带运输机的发展现状,并将两者进行比较分析,指出我国带式输送机与国外的差距。接着对矿用皮带运输机的结构和原理进行了简单的概述;然后对矿用皮带运输机零部件的选择原则和计算内容进行了分析,然后按照这些设计原则,通过已知的参数来计算,从而进行零部件的选型和设计,最后对运输机的主要零部件进行校核。带式输送机主要由六部分组成:驱动装置、传动装置、机架、拉紧装置和输送带。根据本课题所做的理论分析计算的基础上,设计了电气控制系统。电气控制系统的核心部件采用PLC。但因为设计的设备工作在矿井下,工作环境潮湿、灰尘大,有很多不确定因素,在设计时应当考虑到。本设计严格按照标准矿用皮带运输机的设计原则,经过一系列计算,在满足设计要求的前提下,来确定机械部件和设计总体控制,保证了本设计能安全可靠的完成任务。46018

 Abstract
The graduation project topic is mine belt transportation system overall program design. Strictly follow the design principles of belt conveyor design calculations. First, get current development of domestic and foreign mining conveyor belt through the network, books and other information channels, and a comparative analysis of the two, pointing out the gap between China and foreign belt conveyor. Next to the ore with the structure and principles of the belt conveyor brief overview; then mine were analyzed using content selection principles and calculation of belt conveyor components, and then follow these design principles, by calculating the known parameters, thereby performing selection and design of components, the last of the main components of the conveyor to be checked. Mine belt conveyor is mainly composed of six parts: gears, drives, rack and conveyor belt tensioning device. According to the theoretical analysis of this subject on the basis of calculations made on the design of electrical control system. The core components of the electrical control system adopts PLC. But because of the design of the device to work in the mine, the working environment humidity, dust, and have a lot of uncertainty in the design should take into account. The design in strict accordance with standard design principles mine belt conveyor, through a series of calculations, to meet the design requirements of the premise, to determine the overall design of mechanical components and control to ensure the design of safe and reliable to complete the task.
